Can I view my wedding video on the internet?
Yes, we can put your wedding day highlights online for your viewing – private or public. The full video will only be available as a dvd or on a USB pen drive.
Do I have to pay a booking fee or deposit?
Yes. Because we only book one wedding on each date we require a booking fee of £50. This is non-refundable in the unlikely event of cancellation.
Do you offer off-season and weekday discounts?
Sometimes we have discounted prices depending on our schedules and availability
We live out of town, how will this affect our consultations?
While we would love to meet up before the day, busy schedules and distance may prevent that. However all decisions can he handled over the phone or via email.
How long will you stay with us on our wedding day?
This will depend on the wedding package booked
How far will you travel?
Anywhere, additional cost may be required for travel expenses and Accommodation.
How long will it take to get our preview video?
Your preview video will be ready within 5 weeks of your wedding. We will upload the highlights to Vimeo or Youtube for you to view and share with friends and family.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured. We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Do you do photographs?
What cameras do you use?
We use professional Canon DSLR cameras, coupled with several top of the range professional lenses, and a host of lighting gear and modifiers.
